Sometimes even after we have broken a task down it can’t be broken any further and what we have in front of us is still a little overwhelming Our hesitation can come from the fear of failing or the fear of rejection and removing the amount of importance we’ve assigned the task can help. Give yourself permission not to be perfect, think of success as executing not achieving; if it didn’t work out as you expected, realize it’s not such a catastrophe and for the next time it comes up you’re going to know what to do differently.
