As you work each lead, following it through and taking it to the next stage, you can end up with too many leads items in the same stage at the same time. Another way leads clump together is through setting follow up dates that don’t take into account all the other leads you’ve already got planned for that day. You can easily avoid clumping leads together by reviewing your activities for that day, and the next and re-prioritizing some tasks to other days when there are less leads to follow up.
