23.1. Adding an RSS feed from your favorite job board

There are some jobs from your favorite job-boards you may want to have in their own listing and not mixed in with all the other jobs. This is easily done with VirtualJobCoach and all you need to make sure is they publish their results in an RSS feed .

Here are the steps you need to follow:

  1. First go to the other job-board that has your search results.
  2. Next look for either an orange button like this (RSS Atom >>) or for some link that says (RSS feed, Atom feed).
  3. Once you’ve found this, Use the mouse and right hand mouse click and choose the “Copy link location” or
  4. Click on the button/link and on the next page and copy the URL (web page address)
  5. Now got to VirtualJobCoach and in the “Import jobs” field and “Paste”.
  6. Click on save, and if it’s a valid feed we’ll grab all the matching jobs for you.
